Dr. Arif Hassan Dar

Arif Hassan Dar is from the valley of mountains (Baramulla, Kashmir) in India. Before joining the Gawel Group for his Postdoctoral research, Arif completed his Doctoral Studies on Luminescent Push-Pull Chromophores at the Institute of Nano Sciences and Technology, (INST/IISER) Mohali, India under the supervision of Prof. G. Jayamurugan in 2021. He completed his Bachelors (with honors) and Masters in chemistry from the Aligarh Muslim University, India in 2015. Besides chemistry, Arif enjoys reading novels, spending time outdoors with friends, and playing football.
