His work focused on ruthenium-based catalysts and their applications in metathesis, particularly ethenolysis. In 2025, he joined the Gawel Group to pursue a PhD on highly organized multichromophoric systems for organic optoelectronics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:20px\">Beyond academia, B\u0142a\u017cej is an active instructor in the Polish Scouting Association (ZHP).
